I take small groups and individuals on adventures in nature, with no technology, that can last anywhere from a day to five days. Stripped back to their simplest form these adventures are designed to expand your perspectives, cultivate trust in Life and understand yourself more deeply.
There is no set process. Adventures are designed with you and typically form part of a wider programme of consistent and regular coaching sessions.
A Natural Remembrance - Reconnecting to The Wild Self
This experience is for you if you are longing for inner space, more time in nature and the opportunity to really listen to where your heart wants to take you.
This is a five day deep dive into nature and the self. Central to this experience is a 2 day ‘solo’ - a period of fasting in solitude in a place of your choosing in the woods.
In a world obsessed with speed and accumulation, this retreat offers something quite different and critical; the opportunity to experience who you really are when you take away all the ‘doing’ and ‘stuff’ that clutters your life, and you instead, rest in ‘being’.
I will guide you through some beautiful nature connection, energy cultivation, breathing, relaxation and awareness exercises that will resource you on your solo and beyond. Inspiration for these exercises comes from ancient and indigenous cultures as well as more contemporary practises. The fasting over the solo time will sharpen your awareness, cleanse your body and literally open you up to new possibilities.
Your relationship to the natural world is likely to go through a shift, which will bring about the beginning, if not the continuation, of a profound adventure of wisdom, joy and heart.
